The motor inside the Hakko HJ3100 Fume Extraction System is designed for at least 50,000 hours of usage under normal conditions. Note: Normal conditions are usage as a fume extraction system for soldering for 8 hours of continuous usage per day for 5 days per week under environmental conditions that are between 0 to 50C (32 to 122F) and in non-condensing humidity that does not exceed 90%. Filters must be used and changed regularly with only Hakko genuine filters.
