The following are the nominal resistance values for the various heating elements used in the top heater of the HAKKO FR-1418
BGA
Rework System:
750W 120V - 18 Ohms
1000W 120V - 14 Ohms
1000W 230V - 56 Ohms
2000W 230V - 25.7 Ohms
Measuring the heating element resistance should be done with the heater core at room temperature and disconnected from system.
