Why is my USB flash drive not accessible to the ATX Controller?

The ATX Controller has a USB Type A host port for connecting a barcode reader or USB flash drive. If you are connecting a USB flash drive for exporting or importing data, the flash drive needs to be formatted with a FAT32 file system and can be no larger than 32GB in size.
