What is the part number for IC-1 on the FX-100 power PCB?

FX-100

There is no part number available for IC-1 on the power PCB for the FX-100. This is a 5-lead TO-220 buck switching regulator IC that is positive adjustable. The device marking is LM2576HVT-ADJ P+.
