What is the standard height of a PCB above the heaters for a Hakko FR-1012B Preheater?

When a PCB is placed into the board holder on a Hakko FR-1012 or Hakko FR-1012B IR Preheater, the bottom surface of the board has a nominal height of 31mm (1.22 inches) above the heating array.
