When using the CX5039 Witness Camera and Trace Application with the HAKKO HU-200 Robotic Soldering System, you may experience a situation where the trace application cannot properly load the data. This is a result of the system not being able to recognize certain characters that may have been used when creating the soldering program name.

The program name must use single-byte alphanumeric characters ONLY.

If you have any offending characters in your soldering program name, use the program copy function to create a copy that does not use the offending characters.

An application update is planned to correct this issue.
