- Tweezers
All CHP brand tweezers are made using austenitic stainless steel, which is non-magnetic However, the welding process which secures the two halves together results in a higher iron content at the connection point, possibly resulting in a weak attraction to strong magnets. The tip of the tweezer will not be affected by this, as the the material the rest of the tool will not be attracted to magnets or become magnetized.
