The FATAL ERROR can be caused by any of the following conditions:
- Loss of Zero-Cross Detection or Abnormal Cycle Timing
- This is caused when there is noise/transients on the power line and is difficult to reproduce. Try plugging the unit into a different outlet that is on a different circuit.
- Memory Corruption
- This is a rare error that would be reproduceable from initial power on of the unit. The station will need to be sent in for repair.
- Communication Error with the LCD Screen
- This is caused by an abnormal response from the PCB that controls the LCD screen. The issue is rare and can be easily resolved by power cycling the station.
