The standard milling bit for DPF-200 can be used to depanelize common FR4 or CEM PCB. Bits for aluminum boards are also available. The maximum PCB thickness the DPF-200 can depanelize is 3mm. Our standard guide and bit can depanelize straight slot width between 1.5mm to 2.5mm with slot length longer than 10.5mm. If there are components on the board, it is required that the components are at least 0.5mm away from the edge of the board.
