General FAQs
For units that require repair, we recommend you contact Customer Support and request an RMA number to return the unit for evaluation. We will provide you with a written estimate on the repair charges. We charge the cost of parts used, a US$10.00 labor charge per unit, and any applicable shipping, sales tax, and/or COD fees. We accept VISA, MC, and AMEX for your convenience. Please note that the flat labor fee does not apply to Hakko 485 Reflow Systems.
